About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic individual to join our team as a Care Assistant in Kirkcaldy/Burntisland. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable people in the community, providing high-quality care and promoting their independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living, domestic duties, and personal care
- Support clients in the community, promoting their independence and well-being
- Prepare meals and provide support with daily activities
Requirements
- Empathetic, compassionate, and warm individual
- Reliable, committed, and flexible
- Previous care experience preferred
- 3 months UK experience
- Must live locally and be able to commit to the rota
- A female driver with access to your own vehicle is a requirement
What We Offer
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.20 (weekdays) and £14.85-£15.82 (weekends), plus 45ppm travel allowance
- A 4/3 rota basis, providing great continuity and a fantastic work-life balance
