As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the picking of produce, managing the loading and preparation of distribution vehicles, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Achieve Operational Targets:** Work in alignment with departmental KPIs to drive performance.
  • **Shift Management:** Organize and manage all operational paperwork and tasks for your shift.
  • **Scheduling and Roster Management:** Create and manage department rotas, organize holiday and absence cover, and ensure personnel requirements are met.
  • **Food Safety Compliance:** Ensure compliance with all food safety procedures and maintain accurate records.
  • **Communication:** Liaise with the warehouse day shift and transport departments for seamless operations.

**Requirements:**

  • **Warehouse Experience:** Ideally, you have 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse management role, preferably within the foodservice industry.
  • **Flexibility:** Willingness to adapt to the business needs and work 5 shifts per week.
