Job Summary

We are working with a housing provider to address damp and mould issues in properties, ensuring any signs of build-up are treated and re-decorated, along with necessary steps taken to prevent future build-up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct an initial survey of the property to identify areas of concern
  • Treat affected areas and re-decorate as necessary
  • Replace sealant to windows, doors, sanitaryware, and surfaces
  • Re-grout tiles
  • Add insulation to loft spaces
  • Install trickle vents to windows

Ongoing work is available with all materials provided. Transport is essential for moving between job sites, and a van would be beneficial.
