We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at Search. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of housing projects.
Key Responsibilities- Health and Safety: Supervise and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
- Snagging Reports: Complete thorough snagging reports to ensure high standards are met.
- Sub-Contractor Liaison: Develop and maintain strong relationships with sub-contractors to ensure timely delivery.
- Labour Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the labour force on site to meet project deadlines.
- Material Coordination: Ensure the timely delivery and coordination of materials to meet project requirements.
- Site Meetings: Attend regular site meetings to discuss project progress and address any concerns.
- Experience: Proven experience as a site manager, preferably in the housing sector.
- Project Management: Experience working on construction projects, including main contractor experience.
- Health and Safety: Well-developed knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage a team to achieve project goals.
- Certifications: Hold relevant certifications, such as CSCS and First Aid.
- Training: Possess SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
