About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at Search. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of housing projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Health and Safety: Supervise and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
  • Snagging Reports: Complete thorough snagging reports to ensure high standards are met.
  • Sub-Contractor Liaison: Develop and maintain strong relationships with sub-contractors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Labour Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the labour force on site to meet project deadlines.
  • Material Coordination: Ensure the timely delivery and coordination of materials to meet project requirements.
  • Site Meetings: Attend regular site meetings to discuss project progress and address any concerns.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as a site manager, preferably in the housing sector.
  • Project Management: Experience working on construction projects, including main contractor experience.
  • Health and Safety: Well-developed knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage a team to achieve project goals.
  • Certifications: Hold relevant certifications, such as CSCS and First Aid.
  • Training: Possess SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
