Warehouse Solution Design Manager

XPO Transport Solutions UK Limited is seeking a skilled Warehouse Solution Design Manager to join our team. As a key member of our strategic development team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and designing processes that drive future success in warehouse opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop warehouse solutions for shared user and dedicated environments, including automated and mechanized solutions where appropriate.
• Work alongside our strategic development team to understand customer needs and requirements.
• Collaborate with customers to identify and propose innovative solutions that meet their needs.
• Develop fully costed solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Participate in optimization projects for existing customers and propose new and improved ways of working.

Requirements:

• Experience in solution design, with a focus on warehouse operations and logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other similar software.
• Knowledge of automation and mechanization is beneficial but not essential.
