About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Primary School in Winsford. As a member of our Resource Provision division, you will work with a supportive and welcoming team to support children with specific types of special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support children with sensory impairments, social, emotional, and mental health needs
  • Work with a supportive team to develop strategies to meet the diverse needs of individual students
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a smooth and successful experience
Requirements
  • Good understanding of the needs of supporting SEN children
  • Previous experience working within this role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt strategies to meet the diverse needs of individual students
