Mobile Forklift Engineer Opportunity

Alecto Recruitment is seeking an experienced Forklift Engineer to join their team in the Hull and surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance, repair, and servicing of forklift trucks
  • Providing technical support to customers
  • Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs to engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and other mechanical components
  • Conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure safe and reliable operation of forklift trucks

Requirements:

  • Recognised engineering qualification (NVQ or equivalent) in forklift maintenance and repair
  • Experience working as a forklift engineer
  • Experience with a variety of forklift trucks, including diesel, electric, and LPG
  • Good understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
