Night Security Team Member Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a Night Security Team Member to join our team at Warner Hotels. As a Night Security Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and team members at night.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety and security of guests and team members at night
  • Work independently and as part of a team to perform hotel reception duties and provide informative and accurate advice and guidance to guests
  • Be guest-focused and have a positive and problem-solving attitude at all times
  • Clean public areas and work with the Housekeeping team as requested by your Manager
  • Report any damage, deterioration, or items that require technical maintenance to your line manager as early as possible
  • Follow the company Health and Safety Policy
