Job Summary:

Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team in Blackburn. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of retail professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Drive customer service levels to ensure exceptional customer experience and loyalty.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire your team to achieve sales targets, improve operational efficiency, and maintain high visual standards.
  • Operations Management: Oversee people, service, operations, and product management to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Sales Generation: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, manage budgets, and achieve profit targets.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure high visual standards and commerciality are maintained through effective visual merchandising and store displays.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Store Management: Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure effective store operations, manage inventory, and maintain store appearance.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Currently working as an Assistant Manager, Floor Manager, Department Manager, or Senior Supervisor in a retail environment.
  • Fashion Management: Proven experience in fashion management, with a natural flair for visual merchandising and attention to detail.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and improve operational efficiency.
  • Commercial Awareness: Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets, sales targets, and profit margins.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
