Job Description

Dynamite Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Paraplanner or Trainee Paraplanner. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable and established company in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely responses to their needs.
  • Review Packs and Letters: Produce high-quality review packs and client review letters, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Technical Reports: Create comprehensive technical suitability reports with tax calculations, utilizing industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Cashflow Modelling: Develop detailed cashflow modelling reports, analyzing client data and providing actionable insights.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with financial planners to support our clients, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Application and Record Management: Ensure accurate applications for providers and maintain accurate client records, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Industry Experience: Possess experience in the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of financial planning principles and practices.
  • Qualifications: Hold or be studying towards financial planning qualifications, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
  • Technical Skills: Be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to create technical reports in a client-friendly manner.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring high-quality work products.
