Job Title: Credit Controller

We are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our Finance Department at Culina Group. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's cash flow by accurately controlling incoming accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Control 4 main Sales Ledgers
  • Forecasting to assist the Credit Manager with cash flow
  • Conduct credit checks on potential new business using the agreed credit check form
  • Monitor credit limits and credit insurance
  • Allocate incoming payments to customer accounts within agreed timescales
  • Raise invoices for intercompany recharges
  • Contribute to month/year-end processes
  • Run dunning letters on overdue debt
  • Participate in individual Business Sector debt meetings
  • Generate monthly account statements for business customers and Account Managers
  • Resolve customer account queries
  • Support the department with general administrative duties
Requirements:
  • Previous Credit Control experience
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft systems, including Excel and Word
  • Previous experience with an accounting package, such as SAP, preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to organise and prioritise own workload
  • Attention to detail
  • Team-oriented
