We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client's dynamic team. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing the commercial aspects of their luxury residential and iconic landmark projects, ensuring the successful delivery of high-profile developments.

Responsibilities:

* Provide commercial and contractual expertise on Drylining packages on luxury residential and iconic landmark projects, including cost planning, procurement, and contract administration.
* Prepare and manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and cash flow projections, identifying potential cost savings and value engineering opportunities.
* Oversee the procurement process, including subcontractor selection, negotiation, and award of contracts, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Conduct thorough cost analysis and provide accurate and timely cost reports to project stakeholders, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions as necessary.
* Collaborate closely with the project team to mitigate commercial risks, resolve disputes, and ensure contractual obligations are met.
* Manage and mentor junior members of the quantity surveying team, providing guidance and support to facilitate their professional development.
* Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, representing the company professionally and promoting a collaborative working environment.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. RICS or CIOB accreditation is highly desirable.
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the drylining industry ideally with experience on luxury residential developments and iconic landmark projects.
* Strong commercial acumen and a detailed understanding of construction contracts, procurement methods, and cost management principles.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Proficiency in industry-standard quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* A proactive and solution-focused mindset, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Chartered status with the RICS or CIOB is advantageous.
