Pavilion Recruitment Solutions is offering a new opportunity for an Insurance Account Handler to join their award-winning chartered insurance brokerage in Twickenham. The brokerage has been trading for over 65 years and is renowned for its servicing ability and bespoke solutions for Commercial Businesses and HNW individuals.


As an Insurance Account Handler, you will be a dedicated member of the HNW Broking team and will inherit your own book of clients. You will administer renewals, MTAs, and new business for your clients' Home and Motor policies, including Fine Art, Jewellery, Yachts, and Motorboats. GWPs will typically start around £5,000, and you will be dealing with 15-20 renewals a month, placing into well-recognised A+ listed HNW insurers.


The organisation prioritises learning and professional development and has achieved gold status in being 'Investors in People', offering fast-tracked progression opportunities and financial aid for insurance-related courses, such as CII membership.


Requirements:



  • An understanding of Personal Lines products
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Success in maintaining high renewal retention rates
  • The ability to adapt communication styles to suit individual client needs
  • Excellent level of written and verbal communication
