Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused FOH Team Member to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and promoting our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding guest service, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Assist guests in choosing meals and drinks, providing recommendations and up-sell information to enhance their experience.
  • Process guest orders through the POS system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Deliver orders to the kitchen, assist in preparing and packing food and beverages, and ensure presentation meets our brand standards.
  • Process sales, provide guests with receipts, and deliver food in a timely manner.
  • Greet every guest in a genuine and warm manner, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.
  • Answer the telephone, respond to guest inquiries, and provide assistance as needed.
  • Assemble and package orders to our brand standard, ensuring quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment, ensuring guest areas are tidy and well-maintained.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our brand standards and deliver exceptional guest service.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and team members.
  • Able to maintain a clean and smart appearance, adhering to our brand standards.
  • Displays a positive and enthusiastic approach to all tasks, with a cheerful and helpful attitude.
  • Exhibits a complete understanding of our menu and allergens, with the ability to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business volume levels, with a sense of urgency and flexibility.
  • Can demonstrate a complete understanding of our brand standards and procedures.
  • Able to fill in daily paperwork in line with our standards.
  • Maintain the ability to be cross-trained in all areas of the kitchen and front counter.
  • Believes in and cares about exceptional guest service and impeccable standards.
