Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the Branch's financial targets and objectives, ensuring sufficient resources are available and are efficiently and effectively deployed.
  • Ensure optimum performance in personal injury, achieving the required operational, financial, people, and client service performance.
  • Have financial and budgetary responsibility for branch performance and branch objectives.
  • Provide leadership to the Branch, inspiring, engaging, and motivating employees to achieve their best and ensure organised, integrated, client-focused, quality, cost-effective, and efficient service delivery.
  • Manage, motivate, coach, and organise people to deliver required behaviours, achieve personal best performance, and deliver high levels of service.

Requirements:

  • Senior lawyers (admitted solicitor, barrister, FILEx, or equivalent practical experience) with a solid background in personal injury case management, conducting complex/sensitive cases from start to finish.
  • A passion for excellent client care and the development of client relationships.
  • The proven ability to adapt to and effectively lead others through change.
