Care Companion

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Helping Hands Home Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes.

• Provide companionship and social interaction to customers
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Help with mobility and transfers, ensuring customers can move safely and comfortably
• Administer medication and provide medical support as needed
• Assist with household tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
• Prepare and cook meals, ensuring customers receive nutritious and delicious food
• Run errands, such as grocery shopping and picking up prescriptions

• Guaranteed Pay Contract - consistent pay for an agreed number of hours every month
• Above-average pay rates, depending on location
• Paid mileage of 35p per mile between calls

To be successful in this role, you will need a full UK driving license, access to your own car, and a genuine desire to care for others. We can teach you the rest
