Up to £80,000 plus company package

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Kenton Black Ltd, a leading civil engineering and infrastructure contractor. The successful candidate will have experience in managing all commercial aspects of a scheme and leading a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage commercial activities to meet monthly timescales.
  • Prepare and review Cost reconciliation statements.
  • Manage Sub Contractors Accounts and ensure timely payments.

Requirements:

  • BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a main contractor in the civil engineering sector.

  • Up to £75,000 basic salary depending on experience.
