Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct property viewings with potential buyers or tenants to showcase properties and identify their needs
  • Negotiate sales and rental agreements on behalf of clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Liaise with property owners to discuss terms and conditions, ensuring seamless transactions
  • Market properties through various channels to attract potential clients and drive sales
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both buyers and sellers, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of property listings and client interactions to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the property industry
  • Strong administrative skills to handle paperwork efficiently and accurately
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively and build strong relationships
  • Organisational skills to manage multiple property listings simultaneously and prioritize tasks
  • Driving Licence (required)
