We are seeking a highly skilled Data Privacy Advisor to join our team at Barclay Simpson. As a Data Privacy Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's compliance with data protection regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and ensure timely responses
  • Collaborate with the Data Protection Officer to develop and implement data protection strategies
  • Conduct data protection impact assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest data protection regulations and guidelines

Requirements

  • Proven experience in handling DSARs and data protection compliance
  • Strong knowledge of GDPR and data protection regulations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
