Pharmacy Manager Truro

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Tesco. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of pharmacists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care and customer service.

Our Pharmacy Managers are supported by wider store teams, including security, stock replenishment, range management, and administration, to ensure a smooth and consistent experience for our customers and patients.

• Supply prescriptions and deliver a range of NHS and Private services to customers
• Play an active role in our charities support program, providing advice to people in the community at risk of or living with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes
• Lead, train, and develop colleagues to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional patient care
• Use a planning system to ensure pharmacy staff are available to meet customer needs

• Pharmacy Degree
• Passion for leading and empowering a team
• Member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and willingness to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme
• DBS check (organised by us) before employment
