As a vital member of a diverse research team, you will assist the Principal Investigator in executing a significant research initiative titled "Menstrual-related Worsening of Multiple Sclerosis: When and Why?" This project is a comprehensive three-year study funded by a leading health organization.
Key Duties Include:
- Securing ethical approvals and ensuring compliance with study protocols.
- Recruiting participant groups for various experimental investigations.
- Facilitating patient engagement activities.
- Gathering data through surveys, functional assessments, and neurophysiological evaluations.
- Sharing research outcomes via academic conferences, peer-reviewed publications, and educational resources.

This is a fixed-term role for a duration of 36 months.
TEAM DYNAMICS
This project is conducted within the Department of Sport, Exercise and Rehabilitation, in partnership with prominent healthcare institutions. The Research Fellow will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising academics and clinical professionals from various fields, including physiology, neurology, physiotherapy, and computer science.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Applicants should possess a Ph.D. or be nearing completion, with proven expertise in neuromuscular physiology, multiple sclerosis, or female physiology.
