As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a personalized shopping experience for our customers, helping them to find the perfect product to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date with new products and features to provide expert advice to customers.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising of the store, ensuring that displays are attractive and well-maintained.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide support during busy periods.
