Présentation :

PIMCO recherche un avocat expérimenté en fonds privés pour gérer les travaux juridiques liés à ses fonds de stratégie privée, principalement à Luxembourg. Le candidat idéal aura une expérience dans les fonds d'investissement alternatifs ainsi que dans les fonds 'liquides' traditionnels.

Responsabilités clés :

  • Travail juridique pour les gammes de fonds alternatifs européens
  • Structuration et création de fonds d'investissement alternatifs
  • Rédaction de la documentation des fonds
  • Conseil sur les questions réglementaires
  • Gestion des conseils externes

Expérience requise :

  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie
  • Connaissance de l'AIFMD, de la MiFID et d'autres réglementations
  • Expérience en distribution de fonds privés
  • Attention aux détails et intégrité
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome
