About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the drafting, negotiation, and commercial contract management of contracts and other commercial documentation.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced commercial professional who possesses strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels. You will have a proven track record of delivering pragmatic commercial solutions, ideally within the Logistics Sector, and be able to work effectively under pressure, prioritise tasks, and make sound commercial judgments.

You will have a good understanding of commercial and operational risks within the Logistics sector and be able to develop effective mitigation strategies throughout the contract lifecycle. You will also be skilled in drafting clear and robust contractual terms using Unipart templates, customer-provided templates, or from scratch.
