Manor House Care Home is seeking a skilled Activities Coordinator to join our team. As an Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and initiating monthly rolling/individual programmes to cater to the diverse interests of our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a range of events and activities to promote socialization and engagement among residents.
- Encourage residents to maintain their pre-existing hobbies and interests.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities using appropriate documents.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless integration of activities into daily routines.
- Contribute to the development of a welcoming and inclusive environment for residents and staff alike.
Requirements
- Proven ability to develop and organize a range of events and activities.
- Friendly, creative, and confident demeanor.
- Genuine interest in working with the elderly population.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- A competitive hourly rate of £11.44.
- Contracted hours to be discussed at interview, with flexibility to accommodate alternative weekends.
