Job Title: Baler Operative

Taskmaster Resources is seeking a skilled Baler Operative to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our baler equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate the baler equipment in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
  • Monitor and maintain the baler's condition, reporting any issues to the maintenance team.
  • Manage material stocks in the bunker and perform daily maintenance tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with the teletruck operator to ensure timely movement of bales.
  • Record accurate baler data for reporting purposes.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience with operating industrial machinery.
  • IOSH – Working Safely certification.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new skills and challenges.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Proactive approach to managing daily tasks.
Working Hours and Salary:

Monday to Friday, 14:00 – 22:00 hours per week. Salary: £12.31 to £12.82.
