Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Inspection and Test Engineer to join our team at City Group. As an Electrical Inspection and Test Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical testing, inspections, and repairs across housing association and local authority properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct fixed wire installation tests (EICR) at clients' premises.
  • Rectify faults reported on the fixed wire installation test (EICR).
  • Submit all relevant certification via tablet utilizing bespoke software.
  • Work a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Hold NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds 2360/2330 part 1 & 2 qualification.
  • Hold City and Guilds level 2 & 3 Electrical Installations.
  • Hold City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent (preferable, training may be provided for the right candidate).
  • Have previous electrical experience in a domestic environment.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence.
