Job Opportunity:
A remarkable chance to join a Facilities Management Service Provider as a Maintenance Engineer with an electrical focus. This position involves working at a substantial commercial site with the potential for occasional coverage at a nearby location.

Working Hours:
This role operates from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with opportunities for overtime.

Compensation:
The salary ranges from £36,000 to £40,000, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include a company vehicle, fuel card, and mobile devices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform servicing and reactive repairs on electrical and mechanical systems.
- Collaborate with other trades as directed by the operations supervisor.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks independently, including PPM and reactive work.
- Diagnose and rectify faults in electrical and building services, including:
- Emergency lighting
- Air Handling Units (AHUs)
- Pumps and Motors
- General plumbing and maintenance tasks

Essential Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical building services.
- A valid UK CLEAN Driving Licence.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
- City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent qualification.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional appearance, as this role involves client interaction.
