What to Expect

This five-day hybrid work shadowing programme will provide you with a comprehensive insight into the world of accountancy, including:

  • Insight sessions across various departments within the business
  • Interactive exercises and case studies to give you a real feel for the kind of work we do
  • Networking, personal branding, wellbeing, and employability sessions
  • Opportunities to hear from and speak to current trainees
  • Hybrid working – you'll have the chance to work from one of our RSM offices and work from home
  • A two-way debrief and feedback session at the end of the programme

You'll also have your own logbook to complete over the course of the week, where you can record your activities and reflect on the skills and knowledge you've gained.
