Position Overview

This leading legal practice is in search of an Insolvency Law Partner.

The firm currently boasts a thriving litigation division, which is segmented into three primary areas: business crime, property litigation, and commercial litigation.

Due to a surge in insolvency-related work, the firm is looking to establish a new department, which will be led by this appointment.

You will collaborate with the Litigation partners to propel the department's growth. While you will receive ample support, you will also have the autonomy to influence the department's strategic direction.

The caseload will encompass a variety of matters, including but not limited to: bankruptcies, administrations, voluntary arrangements, liquidations, disqualification proceedings, individual voluntary arrangements, and injunctions.

This diverse caseload promises to create an engaging and fulfilling role.

Candidate Requirements

  • You should be an Insolvency Solicitor with a minimum of seven years of post-qualification experience (there is no upper limit on experience).
