MEP Associate Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

Ernest and Florent, a forward-thinking cost and project management construction consultancy, is seeking a highly skilled MEP Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to take on a challenging role and contribute to the growth of the company.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for running a full range of projects in all sectors, including Private Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, Hotel, and Life Sciences. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the MEP Director to deliver projects and develop the MEP team and business.

Requirements

  • BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
  • Preferably MRICS
  • MEP/M&E experience
  • Experience within the built environment
  • Experience within a private practice / consultancy
  • Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
