We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our team at Refresco, a leading global independent beverage solutions provider. As a key member of our Finance department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success.

• Forecasting & Planning: Develop and manage financial forecasts, budgets, and business plans to ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial information.
• Reporting & Analysis: Design, implement, and maintain financial reporting systems, dashboards, and tools to provide insights and drive business decisions.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and develop a team of financial analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure their growth and success.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including business unit controllers, finance directors, and other key stakeholders.
• Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with technical accounting and financial reporting requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

• ACCA / CIMA / ACA certification
• Substantial experience in financial accounting and analysis
• Knowledge of technical accounting and financial reporting requirements
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
