Overview of the Position
As a new member of our HR team, you will begin your journey as an HR Trainee, immersing yourself in essential HR practices. Your initial responsibilities will include drafting employment offers, managing updates to employee agreements, maintaining the HR database, and delivering outstanding support to colleagues, managers, and candidates.
Throughout your apprenticeship, you will have the chance to observe and collaborate with our HR Advisors and Business Partners, gaining insights into various aspects such as employee benefits, TUPE regulations, and Employee Relations.
Additionally, you will have opportunities to engage with our Resourcing and Learning & Development teams.
At Clancy, we are committed to your success. You will be paired with a mentor and provided ample time for your studies.
You will also have the chance to participate in community initiatives and social responsibility projects.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are eager to connect with motivated and enthusiastic individuals who possess strong communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine interest in pursuing a career in HR.
Given our high work volumes, the ability to remain composed under pressure and exceptional organizational skills are crucial.
This apprenticeship is offered through a selected training provider and leads to a CIPD Level 3 qualification, requiring a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades A-C/4-9, including English and Maths.
Depending on your preferred learning style, you will have the flexibility to choose between online training or attending college one day each week.
