About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team at Abrivia Recruitment Specialists. As an Internal Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our aftersales business by proactively selling spares, service level agreements, warranties, maintenance, repair, and overhaul services, and secondary tooling to existing customers.

You will identify and capitalize on new business opportunities using historical sales data and market insights. Your role will involve collaborating with our marketing team to promote aftersales efforts, developing quotes, content, and campaigns to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile customers, ensuring their needs are met. You will be the go-to contact for customers, providing them with accurate information and exceptional service.

You will manage the end-to-end order process, from sending timely and accurate quotations to entering orders on CRM and ERP systems. You will also ensure seamless communication between the Operations and Sales teams to ensure accurate order execution.

You will use aftermarket tools to analyze customer growth opportunities and provide regular updates on key performance indicators. You will also participate in pricing activities by analyzing spending trends and suggesting market pricing.

About You

We are looking for a sales professional with a proven track record in sales, particularly within a technical or industrial environment. Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Life Science sectors is ideal.

You should have a strong technical aptitude, with the ability to quickly learn and understand a product range, including the function and benefits. You should be comfortable discussing technical details with customers.

You should have a customer-first mindset, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term relationships and provide outstanding customer service.

You should have excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You should be comfortable working with CRM and ERP systems.

You should be a self-starter who can take initiative and work independently to achieve sales targets.
