About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Sports Graduate to join our team as a Sports Support Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to provide sports coaching sessions and support their development and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support students with SEND in their sports development and learning
  • Provide sports coaching sessions across a range of different sports
  • Work alongside teaching and support staff to ensure a safe and productive work environment
  • Be responsible for upholding school policies, including behaviour policies
