Our Team
We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our Customer Success team as a Support Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical product support to our customers, ensuring the optimal performance of our products through careful analysis and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical product support to customers, addressing technical queries and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues, identifying solutions to resolve problems.
- Document common problems and resolutions into knowledgebase articles, ensuring easy access for future reference.
- Escalate complex issues to next-level product support and/or development teams as required.
Requirements
- Experience in a technical role, implementing and supporting IT software.
- Industry-specific experience in systems management, device management, security software, or configuration compliance.
- Technical experience with Windows Operating Systems, Desktop Management & Windows Deployment.
- Technical experience with supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Intune, or VMware Workspace ONE.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working with or supporting Adaptiva products, or a similar software product supporting endpoint management.
