Job Title: Warehouse Operative - Parcel Sorter

We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Warehouse Operatives - Parcel Sorters. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, working closely with our Parcel Sorting machine to sort and process parcels efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Unload and load parcels from trailers, moving them through our warehouses to ensure timely delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with the Parcel Sorting machine to sort and process parcels, achieving high levels of efficiency and accuracy.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a positive attitude and being responsive to customer needs.
Requirements:
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early, late, and night shifts.
  • Ability to carry parcels up to 30kgs and push up to 250kg, with assistance provided for larger items.
  • Physical ability to manage heavy goods, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Previous experience in warehouse or sorting work is a plus, but not required.
