About the Organization: Care First UK Recruitment Solutions is dedicated to delivering specialized nursing care and rehabilitation services for individuals coping with acquired brain injuries and other neurological challenges. Our mission is to support these individuals in regaining essential life skills, enabling them to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives.
Candidate Profile: We are seeking a seasoned nurse with substantial experience in a senior capacity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in:
- Leading and organizing nursing shifts
- Coordinating multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings and general practitioner (GP) rounds
- Providing clinical oversight, including conducting audits and preparing reports
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate starting at £24, with potential for increase post-probation
- Paid breaks
- Flexible contract of 36 hours per week, with opportunities to extend to 46 hours through additional shifts
Requirements:
- Current NMC PIN
- Experience in managing clinical reports and audits
- Ability to lead and organize shifts effectively
- Experience in coordinating MDT and GP rounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including alternate weekends
- Shifts typically from 8 am to 8 pm, with additional supernumerary days allocated for high-risk clinical audits and reports
