We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SHE Manager to join our team at Executive Network Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing direction, support, and ownership for all Safety, Health, and Wellbeing activities on site.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to Operational Management to maintain high standards, champion innovation, and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage the Integrated Management System (IMS) and processes to monitor and control compliance to legislation, internal policies, and external audits.
- Lead proactive SHE improvement activities and promote a positive culture and safe working practices.
- Collaborate with site management to ensure effective implementation of IMS and processes.
- NEBOSH Certificate as a minimum
- Experience in a manufacturing business, preferably with experience setting up a new factory from a compliance and cultural perspective
- ISO Systems experience
