About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Midwife to join our team at The Portland Hospital for Women & Children, London.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-quality antenatal, intranatal, and postnatal care to women and their families.
  2. Work collaboratively with the midwifery team and obstetric consultants to support Consultant Led Care within the maternity service.
  3. Develop and maintain effective communication and working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  4. Contribute to the provision of midwifery advice and support to facilitate high-quality, individualized care.

Requirements:

  1. Demonstrable knowledge and experience in a midwifery setting.
  2. NMC Registered Midwife (Band 6).
  3. Basic Adult and Newborn Life Support.
  4. Teaching and mentoring experience.
