As a Junior Culinary Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing menu suggestions to the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, and Head Chef, ensuring adherence to the Absolute Taste standards.


  • Following the weekly menu rotation, ensuring all items are prepared as specified.
  • Assisting in mentoring and guiding team members throughout the day as necessary.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, with ongoing monitoring of cleanliness.
  • Complying with all relevant legislation and guidelines, including food safety and health regulations.


  • Collaborating with the Sous Chef to ensure that all dishes are prepared within budgetary constraints, regularly reviewing stock levels and minimizing waste.
