Turnaround Engineering Specialist - Instrumentation & Control

This role is essential for supporting the operational facilities and involves delivering technical expertise to the Facility Teams and Work Preparation teams. The guidance for this position is provided through the Turnaround Event Managers under the direction of the Maintenance and Turnaround Manager. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various functions within the organization to ensure that maintenance and Technical Integrity during Turnaround activities align with business objectives and adhere to industry best practices.

  • Chartered Engineer status is required
  • Minimum qualification of TA3
  • Familiarity with the Discipline Controls and Assurance Framework (DCAF)
  • Professional experience with the assets and equipment scheduled for maintenance during Turnaround
  • Comprehensive understanding of Turnaround processes and methodologies
  • Willingness to undertake occasional offshore visits for Preparation & Execution
  • Experience with SAP (CMMS knowledge)
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently
