Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Site Supervisor to oversee our arboriculture projects for RSS Infrastructure, a multi-disciplinary service provider for the rail and construction sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate a team of arborists and ground crew, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily tasks and projects, allocating resources effectively to meet client expectations and project deadlines.
- Conduct site assessments and develop project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Experience in arboriculture, including tree care, pruning, removals, and preservation techniques.
- Extensive knowledge of tree species, growth patterns, and tree health diagnostics.
- Proficiency in the use of arboriculture tools and equipment, including chainsaws, chippers, ropes, and climbing gear.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to tree care operations.
- CSCS.PTS (Personal Track Safety) would be an advantage.
- A valid Full UK driving license.
