We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Administrator to join our team at Cameron James. As a key member of our Wealth Management department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional administrative support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client correspondence and communication
  • Processing new business and client onboarding
  • Preparation of client review packs and reports
  • Arranging client meetings and managing adviser diaries
  • Illustration requests and financial planning administration
  • Maintaining accurate and compliant client records
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a Financial Planning or Wealth Management environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
