Key Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of changes to insights and intelligence across all organisations within Dorset's ICS, and beyond.
- Develop and implement Power BI reporting solutions to support business intelligence and population health management.
- Build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels to drive business outcomes.
- Identify areas, processes, and risks needing attention or improvement, and develop solutions to address them.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the DiiS analytical team, and contribute to the development of the team's skills and services.
