Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team at National Locums. As a key member of our Compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all candidates meet company standards and national frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify candidate documentation, including DBS checks, CVs, and references
  • Ensure all candidate records are consistently maintained and up-to-date
  • Run reports to track compliance and identify areas for improvement
  • Work closely with the Sales team to ensure candidates are registered correctly and are fully compliant prior to booking
  • Telephone contact with candidates to verify documents and progress compliance
  • Track and report on candidate compliance and identify areas for improvement
  • Assist with scanning, filing, updating CVs, ID badges, data entry, and administration
  • Meet with candidates to ensure relevant documents, training, or bloods are collected
  • Participate in internal and company audits to ensure compliance with company standards and national frameworks
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to pick up web-based systems
  • Previous medical recruitment or administrative background an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
