We are seeking a dedicated Cycling Safety and Instruction Specialist to become part of our Road Safety Team, focusing on educational initiatives in schools and communities throughout Suffolk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging cycling safety courses to both adults and children.
- Collaborate with fellow instructors and management to ensure adherence to scheduled sessions.
- Maintain comprehensive records, including risk assessments and attendance logs.
- Exhibit professionalism and reliability in all interactions.
This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about cycling and committed to fostering a positive impact on the community. You will have the chance to inspire others to adopt healthier, more sustainable lifestyles through cycling.
Requirements:
- Proficient and regular cyclist.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Experience in engaging with diverse groups in various environments.
- Availability to participate in a comprehensive four-day instructor training program.
Successful candidates will undergo training to meet national standards, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality instruction. Ongoing professional development will be provided to maintain qualifications.
