Job Title: Wrap Around and Holiday Club Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our Wrap Around and Holiday Club provision at Heronswood Primary School & Pre-School.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To lead and manage a team of staff to provide high-quality care and play opportunities for children aged 2-11 years old.
  • To plan and deliver a range of indoor and outdoor play activities that promote learning and development.
  • To maintain a safe and secure environment, adhering to safeguarding, health and safety, and OFSTED inspection requirements.
  • To administer basic first aid and keep records of accidents and incidents.
  • To work closely with parents and carers to maintain a good level of communication and provide a high-quality service.
  • To ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations.
Requirements:
  • Experience of working in a childcare or education setting.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety, and OFSTED inspection requirements.
