  • Develop and implement financial processes and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to management team members to ensure they have the necessary resources and information to make informed decisions.
  • Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a financial leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution industry.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (e.g. CIMA, ACCA, CFA).
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis software (e.g. Excel, Financial Planning and Analysis).
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
