Chase and Holland is seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join their team in Scunthorpe. This role will report directly to the Finance Manager and offers a chance to work in a growing and successful company with exciting future plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the nominal ledger, including posting journal entries and reconciling control accounts.
- Process all entries and reconcile bank accounts, including initiating payments for approval.
- Collaborate with project managers and the ops team to ensure timely production of sales invoices and tracking of late payments.
- Produce weekly cashflows, focusing on purchase ledger payments.
- Process expenses and credit cards, and manage fixed assets, including disposals.
- Assist with annual budgeting and provide ad-hoc financial accounting support.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Varied accounting experience and skills.
